We are seeking an ambitious, self driven sales and marketing partner to lead outbound client acquisition. You will work directly with our lead engineer to represent Rivet Bay, connect with premium brands, and secure high value web design and optimization projects.
Rivet Bay builds custom, high performance websites served from the edge. We do not use generic templates or page builders. Our focus is absolute technical and aesthetic excellence, ensuring our clients achieve rapid speeds and exceptional organic visibility. We need a partner who can communicate this high level value directly to decision makers.
Outreach Strategy & Channels
This is an active outbound role requiring disciplined execution across three core communication channels:
- Cold Email outreach: Crafting meticulously researched, highly personalized outbound sequences targeting high value B2B and B2C brands.
- Outbound Phone strategy: Direct outreach to follow up on email communications, initiate corporate relationships, and qualify corporate leads.
- In Person regional visits: Local face to face relationship building in Weymouth, Boston, and your regional territory to connect with established businesses.
Who You Are
This partnership is designed for an elite business developer who takes pride in outbound execution and professional autonomy. We look for the following characteristics:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, agency recruiting, or corporate business development.
- Ability to communicate refined design standards and articulate modern performance advantages.
- Self disciplined with the ability to manage your own pipeline, outreach schedule, and local territory.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak with corporate founders, directors, and executives.
Compensation & Upside
This is a pure commission based partner role offering high earning potential. By operating on a direct percentage structure of closed projects, your compensation scales directly with your performance:
- Attractive commission percentage on all closed web design, build, and optimization deals.
- Recurring commission potential on retained SEO and AEO content management packages.
- Absolute pricing transparency with direct collaboration on client scoping and proposals.
